HVAC Service Manager – Greater Philadelphia Region
Salary: $100,000+ annually (based on experience)

Are you a seasoned HVAC professional ready to lead a growing service team and make a real impact? We’re looking for a hands-on HVAC Service Manager to join a reputable and established mechanical contractor serving the Greater Philadelphia area.
As the HVAC Service Manager, you’ll oversee a team of skilled technicians and administrative staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and efficient scheduling. You’ll play a key role in business development, client retention, and operational excellence.
Manage, train, and mentor a team of HVAC service technicians
Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently based on priority and availability
Ensure service work is completed to code, on time, and within budget
Perform job costing, invoicing reviews, and monitor profitability of service contracts
Support field team with technical expertise and troubleshooting when needed
Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business
Collaborate with sales and operations to grow the service division
Maintain compliance with all safety standards and regulations
5+ years of HVAC industry experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
Strong technical knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment
EPA Universal Certification required; NATE certification a plus
Proficiency with service management software preferred
Competitive base salary starting at $100K+ depending on experience
