Golf Course Superintendent
Golf course in Pensacola, Florida is looking for a Golf Course Superintendent.
Position Overview:
Manage all aspects of golf course maintenance and operations in Pensacola, FL.
Responsibilities include:
• Overseeing greens, fairways, tees, bunkers, and irrigation systems.
• Developing and implementing a comprehensive maintenance and improvement plan.
• Managing a team of dedicated groundskeepers and maintenance staff.
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Developing and managing the maintenance budget.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in turf management, agronomy, or a related field (preferred but not always required depending on experience).
Three to five years of experience as a golf course superintendent or assistant superintendent.
Proven leadership and staff management experience.
Knowledge of turfgrass science, soil management, and pest control.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation:
$60,000 – $70,000 per year.
